Characteristics:
     The tuyere made by vacuum casting has high copper purity and good thermal conductivity.
     There are scarcely any defects in the castings like gas hole, loose, blowhole.
     After optimal designing of the inside structure of the water passage, the tuyere has smaller water resistance and goood cooling effect. 
     The nose of tuyere made by forging technology has high property of hot fatigue resistance. The grain in it is compact and the organization is high-density

Influence to the tuyere's service life by oxygen content:
    The content of oxygen in the vacuum casting tuyere is 30ppm maximum, while the ordinary casting tuyere is 200ppm minimum. Oxygen existing in the grain boundary.
    In the form of CuO can cause the casting to hydrogen embrittle, which we call the surface cracking by naked eye, finally leading  the tuyere to early failure.
