Characteristics:

After optimal designing of the inside structure of the water passage, the tuyere has smaller water resistanse and good cooling effect.
The nose of tuyere made by forging technology has high property of hot fatigue resistence. The grain in it is compact and the organization is high-density.

Influence to the tuyere's service life by oxygen content:
The content of oxygen in the vacuum casting tuyere is 30ppm maximum, while the ordinary casting tuyere is 200ppm minimum. Oxygen existing in the grain boundary.
In the form of CuO can cause the casting to hydrogen embrittle, which we call the surface cracking by naked eye, finally leading the tuyere to early failure.
